Return Policy

Here at BETI we understand that sometimes you may need to return your order for a number of reasons. Please read below our returns policy, we hope you find everything you need to make your return process simple & easy.

All returns must be sent within 14 days of receiving your order, any returns sent outside this time frame will not be accepted.

Any product returned to us must be in the same condition you received it. Returned items must not be used, washed or altered in any way. Items must be free from any damage/stains or smells. Each item sent back will be individually reviewed once they are returned. The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. To request a return, please send us an email on . We provide returns labels free of charge, if an alternative method is used this cost will not be reimbursed.

Each item must be returned in the original packaging and all original tags attached.

If the goods are damaged when delivered, you can send them back to us for free and receive a full refund.

Returns can take on average about 14 days to be received and processed. Once your return has been processed, a refund will be issued but only to your original payment method, please note no other payment methods will be accepted. For the refund to be back in your bank account this can take up to 5 working days. We will keep you informed and send you an email once it has all been processed and the return has been complete.

If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, i.e. not in original packaging/damaged/stained/smelling/washed or no original tags attached, we have a right to reject the return and no refund will be made. In this case the item/s will be sent back to your original delivery address.

Your right to cancel your order

If you need to cancel your order you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want to cancel. You then have another 14 days to return the goods to us once you have informed us. We will then refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
